Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achieve desired patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery.
  • Support the organization's vision and mission.
  • Utilize knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into the provision of patient care.
  • Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of successful experience in the area of specialization is required. You must also possess a State License-RN-Indiana and ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support) certification.
