Hospitalist Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our team at Hartford Healthcare (HHC). As a rounding/admitting physician for Attending Medical Staff, you will be responsible for the clinical management of patients, ensuring timely communication and comprehensive collaboration.

• Provide high-quality patient care, managing a variety of chronic illnesses and acute conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
• Provide education and training to staff members on best practices and new technologies.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine with experience in managing acutely ill adult patients.
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in Connecticut.
