We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at JTDMH. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient care and support to patients and families.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve quality patient care and satisfaction.
  • Participate in basic telemetry training to function in the monitor watcher role.
  • Perform a variety of basic patient care activities, including personal care and comfort measures.
  • Float to other work areas as needed, including the Emergency Department.
  • Meet physical effort conditions and be on feet for long periods.
Requirements
  • Weekend rotation and flexibility in scheduling.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous nursing assistant experience preferred.
