As a Master Builder - Architectural Design Lead at GPAC, you will have the opportunity to lead architectural projects from start to finish.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 based on industry standards and location.

As a Master Builder - Architectural Design Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing architectural projects from concept to completion
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Developing and implementing design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members to ensure their growth and development

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 4 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects
• Architectural license preferred (in the process of obtaining)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience in Commercial, Educational, and Multi-Family projects
