Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients' physical and mental wellbeing, tracking vital signs and documenting health concerns and medical history
  • Administer and verify medications, monitoring their effects and reviewing residents' charts and medical records
  • Assist with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility, maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies and participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Help with the orientation and training of medical staff
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Graduation from an approved LPN educational training program
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience (LPN or related role)
