Position Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance team plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the base area. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to acquire new skills and knowledge in various maintenance and operational aspects of the resort.

Position Specifications:

  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Department: Snow Shoveling Crew
  • Expected Compensation: $22.04 / hour
  • Schedule: Part-Time
  • Experience Level: Entry
  • Additional Responsibilities: Assist with cleaning duties across all base area facilities, including restrooms: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various maintenance tasks, including but not limited to painting, landscaping, and clearing the base area of snow and debris.
  • Provide support to other operational departments as needed.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

Position Requirements:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor seasonal conditions.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Capable of standing and performing physical tasks consistently.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.

The anticipated pay range is $22.04. This reflects the expected compensation for this role, with individual pay decisions based on various factors.
