Job Overview

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Program Analyst to provide comprehensive support to the Navy in research, development, test and evaluation, analysis, systems engineering, integration and certification of complex naval warfare systems and fleet support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consultation on cybersecurity topics, including entry and maintenance of compliance information on Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) and other repositories and tracking systems.
  • Review, verify and maintain accreditation records, and assist in the development of cybersecurity reports.
  • Assist in reviewing and advising on completion of SAAR-N (Systems Authorization Access Request - Navy) forms, other SAAR Forms and similar forms from various entities and agencies.
  • Prepare and deliver training materials related to cybersecurity, and input data and other related information into required databases and other repositories.
  • Acquire information from the cybersecurity branch personnel in order to prepare purchase requests for office supplies, including supplies for printers, copiers and multifunction devices.

Requirements:

  • Four (4) years of cybersecurity experience in a DoD or Federal Government environment.
  • Knowledge in the areas of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography to serve as a Local Registration Authority for NSWCDD.
