As a Clinical Practice Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, coaching, and mentoring to staff members to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the CCU, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and standards of care.
  2. Develop and implement nursing care models and protocols to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  4. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support staff development and growth.
  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting, preferably in CCU.
  • Leadership experience, preferably as a committee chair or resource nurse.
  • BSN degree and current RN licensure.
  • AHA or ARC BLS certification.
