About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop a team of nursing professionals in a fast-paced Coronary Care Unit (CCU) environment. As a Clinical Practice Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, coaching, and mentoring to staff members to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the CCU, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and standards of care.
- Develop and implement nursing care models and protocols to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support staff development and growth.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting, preferably in CCU.
- Leadership experience, preferably as a committee chair or resource nurse.
- BSN degree and current RN licensure.
- AHA or ARC BLS certification.
