Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care: Implement and monitor patient care plans, monitor and record patient condition, and communicate with healthcare team members.
- Coordinate Patient Care: Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Follow Physician Orders: Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess Patient Needs: Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Licensure and Certification: BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date, Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Board of Nursing required prior to hire date.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
- Experience: 1+ years of acute experience strongly preferred.
