About ShorePoint Health Port Charlotte
With a legacy of over 50 years in delivering healthcare services, ShorePoint Health Port Charlotte is dedicated to offering exceptional and compassionate medical care to the residents of Charlotte County and its neighboring regions.
Our facility is a 254-bed comprehensive healthcare institution, supported by a dedicated team of approximately 900 staff members, 100 volunteers, and over 300 physicians across more than 40 medical specialties.
ShorePoint Health Port Charlotte provides a wide array of services, including emergency care, a primary stroke center, orthopedic services, and the only licensed obstetric unit in the region. Our on-site Southwest Florida Heart Center is recognized as an accredited chest pain center, delivering extensive cardiac care services.

Qualifications:
- Valid RN License in Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred
- Experience in Cardiac Care and Heart Monitoring is advantageous
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required
