As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Once the beer is sold and delivered to our customer accounts, you will be responsible for stocking, rotating, and displaying our products effectively, ensuring that consumers can easily access and enjoy our offerings. In this position, you can expect to work independently while being accountable for meeting your objectives. Successful individuals in this role will gain valuable skills and experience that can lead to opportunities as a Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our clients
  • Maintain optimal stock levels of beer products at retail locations
  • Ensure adherence to product rotation and code policies
  • Display products according to company standards
  • Install and maintain promotional materials
  • Organize and implement floor displays and window promotions
  • Conduct cooler resets in compliance with company guidelines
  • Establish a consistent schedule of visits to assigned accounts
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications for Success:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in merchandising is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent service skills
  • Experience in sales forecasting is a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
