MASC Medical is seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our team in Bradenton, Florida. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Primary Care Physician Assistant to provide high-quality patient care in our primary care setting. The ideal candidate will have clinical primary care experience and be comfortable caring for a geriatric patient population.
This is an outpatient position with office hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The incoming candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in our clinic, including assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care delivery.
- Monitor quality patient care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement.
- Lead by example and provide guidance to other staff members.
- Graduate from a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.
- Preferably 3 years of experience working in a primary care setting.
- State of Florida License Requirements.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Managed Care, Medicare Advantage & HEDIS coding experience.
The salary range for this position is $90K - $120K negotiable based on experience. Full health benefits kick in immediately, and generous PTO is offered. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are also available.
