We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ECU Health North Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the North Carolina Board of Nursing-Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Standards of Practice.
- Collect and analyze assessment data to identify expected outcomes and develop a plan of care in collaboration with the patient and healthcare team.
- Implement interventions to attain expected outcomes and evaluate patient progress towards attainment of outcomes.
- Promote and evaluate the effective functioning of the healthcare team and collaborate with team members to meet the identified needs of patients.
- Delegate tasks and activities as appropriate and governed by the NC Nurse Practice Act.
- Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a commitment incentive of up to $30,000. Our hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited, 204-bed acute bed facility serving Halifax, Northampton, and Warren counties in the north-central region of North Carolina.
