About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Respiratory Therapists to work per diem shifts in Maple Grove, MN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure optimal respiratory health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with respiratory conditions.
  • Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and mechanical ventilation as needed.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Current licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Minnesota.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) settings.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications.

Compensation
