Housekeeping Dispatcher

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our resort operations as a Housekeeping Dispatcher. In this role, you will serve as the liaison between resort guests and housekeeping staff, ensuring prompt and efficient guest satisfaction.

• Answer incoming calls for housekeeping services and relay information to the appropriate team members or department.
• Follow up on completion of expectations to ensure prompt and efficient guest satisfaction.
• Act as a direct liaison between resort guests and housekeeping staff.
• Respond to all incoming guest and front desk requests for housekeeping or maintenance services.
• Run daily clean/dirty unit reports and record, delegate, and monitor housekeeping productivity for timely completion.

• Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to direct personnel to achieve desired results.
• Ability to prioritize customer and operational needs and requests.

The hourly rate for this role is $18.00.
