Consumer Banking Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Banker II to join our team at First Financial Bancorp. As a Consumer Banker II, you will play a critical role in deepening client relationships by booking business directly and referring clients to internal business partners.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Perform necessary functions to open accounts, perform maintenance, and run a Teller drawer as deemed necessary by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow-up.
• Daily activities that align with The First Financial Bank Experience (FFB Experience), including but not limited to:
• Partner with internal constituencies to bring expertise to clients.
• Ensure client follow-up calls are conducted in the proper time frame.
• Maintain operational and risk management standards.
• Other duties as assigned to assist clients transact business within the branch, drive-thru, by phone, and email.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• Possesses a strong level of bank product knowledge and solid sales skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in sales.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally lifts and carries up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs.
• Frequently sits, stands, walks, and drives.
