Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join its Critical Care, Anesthesia, Perioperative, and Home Ventilation (CAPE) Program. As a member of this multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, coordinated care to children who require long-term ventilator assistance and their families.

The CAPE Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, providing consultation and support to families, managing cases, and coordinating complex resources with community, governmental, school, healthcare, and other agencies. To qualify for this position, you must have a Master's in Social Work and a state license to practice social work in Massachusetts. Several years of experience in a medical environment with chronic illness are highly preferred.

This is a full-time social work role that requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingualism in English and Spanish is an asset. New hires are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.   • State license to practice social work in Massachusetts
