Lead a Team of Insurance Professionals

At National Life Group, we're seeking a seasoned sales leader to oversee our Internal Wholesalers and Hybrid Wholesalers on the Sales Desk. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, developing your team's skills, and building strong relationships with our external sales team and other business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of Internal and Hybrid Wholesalers to achieve sales goals and build professional relationships with agents.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of your team members.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with our external sales team and other business units to drive sales growth.
  • Focus on building team morale, developing leaders, and increasing the skill level of your team through targeted training and coaching.
  • Travel as needed for training and relationship-building.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Knowledge of CRM software.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and supervise high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
