Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. in Gordon, TX. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift operations and ensuring the efficient production of aggregates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule production to maximize productivity and optimize resource utilization.
  • Supervise and direct production crews, providing coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
  • Monitor and report daily production metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) of plant performance.
  • Ensure material production meets quality control standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize reserve utilization and schedule plant and mobile repair and maintenance.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in aggregate production or 3+ years of supervisory experience in a related industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach production teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
