We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care RN to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Home Care RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to seniors in a Christian environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and educate residents and their families on health and wellness.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Ensure safe and reliable administration of resident care and resolve care and service concerns.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in Long Term Care required, with 6 months preferred.
