Position Overview:
An established global manufacturing firm is seeking a dedicated Production Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in management, particularly in overseeing production lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage production lines, ensuring effective team performance.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies, focusing on Kaizen methodologies.
  • Conduct training and disciplinary actions for team members as needed.
  • Ensure the team adheres to the department's development objectives.
  • Oversee daily operational tasks and resolve any arising issues related to service, quality, or costs.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline, along with equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and mechanical skills.
  • Knowledge of TPS and Kaizen practices.

  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

This role is situated within a manufacturing environment. Candidates should be prepared for physical demands, including the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
