Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Senior Caregivers. As a caregiver with Align Home Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized support and care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support to clients, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding
- Assist with transferring, walking, and mobility
- Administer medication reminders and prepare meals
- Accompany clients on errands and provide transportation
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a safe and clean environment
- Engage in companionship activities, such as conversation, reading, and hobbies
