The Partner & Lead Veterinarian role offers a unique chance to earn significant growth incentives as you successfully build the practice, add teammates, and build a five-star clientele for the hospital. You will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care, leading the team through various cases, and ensuring all staff treat clients and patients with care and respect.

Salary & Benefits
Veterinarians are guaranteed their base salary, regardless of production, and never owe money at the end of the year. Additional benefits include relocation assistance, paid time off, maternity leave, and 401k matching. You will also have access to professional liability coverage, telemedicine services, and free continued education opportunities.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited university, licensure in good standing, and at least 4 years of experience as a veterinarian. Leadership/management experience is a plus. You should be able to lead the team through a variety of cases, respect for and willingness to work with clients and their pets, and comfortable providing general surgery and dentistry procedures.
