Core Responsibilities:

  • Apply lean methodologies such as Kaizen to drive enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction through analysis and equipment adjustments
  • Examine workflows and equipment arrangements to boost efficiency and minimize expenses
  • Oversee resource allocation for skill enhancement
  • Exhibit expertise in methodologies including 5S, SMED, TPM, VSM, and A3 Problem Solving
  • Ensure compliance with Lean Methodology, including Kaizen, 5S, and Standard Work

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in plant operations in technical or managerial capacities

Travel: Occasional travel may be required

Preferred Skills:

- Proficient in driving change
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Experience collaborating across multiple sites
- Skilled in statistical analysis and process enhancement techniques
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
