We are looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to work with our patients in the Philadelphia area. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with a variety of physical therapy needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and function.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Active and current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of PA.
  • Previous home healthcare experience is welcomed, but not required.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
  • Excellent assessment skills, strong written and verbal communication, and a calm and reassuring presence.
