Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and pneumonia.
- Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
- Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the North Carolina Respiratory Care Board.
- Registered CRT or RRT certification.
- BLS certification.
