This role involves overseeing front desk personnel and managing all facets of the front office.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the front desk operates efficiently and professionally.
Facilitate seamless check-in and check-out processes for all guests by accurately managing guest accounts.
Organize and lead regular staff meetings to foster communication and teamwork.
Continuously review all front desk activities for precision and uniformity. Provide coaching and support to team members as needed.
Manage shift coverage during staff shortages or absences, including overseeing night audit responsibilities.
Establish weekly work schedules for the front desk team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of one year of experience as a front desk agent.
At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
