Nous recherchons un Consultant en mise en œuvre de la gestion de la qualité, dédié et expérimenté, pour diriger l'intégration du module MOC et fournir un soutien pour le module FMEA au sein du logiciel de gestion de la qualité ETQ Reliance.

Ce poste nécessite une compréhension approfondie des processus de gestion de la qualité, de l'implémentation de logiciels, ainsi que la capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement mondial et multi-SBU.

Exigences :

Le candidat idéal doit posséder une solide expérience dans la mise en œuvre de systèmes de gestion de la qualité. Les responsabilités incluent :

Diriger l'implémentation du module MOC :

  • Superviser le processus de collecte des exigences pour le module MOC.
  • Élaborer et exécuter un plan d'implémentation détaillé, garantissant un déploiement efficace.
  • Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux équipes internes lors des premières étapes de l'implémentation.
  • Assurer une transition fluide et un transfert aux équipes internes pour le déploiement continu.

Soutenir le module FMEA :

  • Identifier et résoudre les problèmes liés au module FMEA en direct.
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre les défis et exigences spécifiques.
  • Mettre en œuvre des solutions pour optimiser la performance et l'efficacité du module FMEA.
  • Fournir un soutien continu et des formations pour garantir le succès à long terme.

Collaboration et communication :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes, y compris les équipes de gestion de la qualité et les départements informatiques.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l'équipe techniques et non techniques pour assurer l'alignement.
  • Fournir des mises à jour régulières et des rapports sur l'avancement des projets, les défis et les réussites.

Formation et documentation :

  • Développer des supports de formation complets et animer des sessions de formation pour les utilisateurs finaux.
  • Créer une documentation détaillée pour les processus et configurations mises en œuvre.
