Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical specifications of athletic footwear and apparel
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques, product recommendations, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing store display
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience; retail sales experience preferred
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
