Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. As a Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular nursing and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer care for heart disease and heart attack patients by obtaining visual diagnostics of the arteries of the heart.
  • Identify blockages, assisting the physician during procedures, and monitoring the patient's status at other times.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education to patients and families on cardiovascular health and disease management.
Requirements:
  • Degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Cath Lab setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
