About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hydroblasting Technician to join our team at Clean Harbors. As a key member of our industrial services team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-pressured water blasting equipment, supporting blasting operations, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain high-pressured water blasting equipment, including ultra-high-pressure pumps and specialized hydroblasting equipment.
  • Support blasting operations, including examining surfaces to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations.
  • Conduct routine and required maintenance on equipment, including industrial vacuuming equipment and the disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including emergency response and on-call situations.
Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced industrial environment, with exposure to tools, equipment, and large machinery. You may also work in confined spaces, at heights, and in extreme temperatures. Regular overnight travel will be required for this position.

Requirements
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to perform physical functions per key responsibilities, including heavy lifting and working with large machinery.
  • OSHA certification may be required for this job.
  • Knowledge of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers.
