Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic business and financial planning assistance to entrepreneurs
  • Conduct financial analysis and interpretation of data analytics
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Collaborate with entrepreneurs to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Travel within the region to meet with entrepreneurs and business leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Two years of experience in small business ownership or leadership with strategic decision-making authority
  • Ability to perform financial analysis and interpretation of data analytics
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to travel within the region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish business a plus)
  • MBA with a concentration in finance, marketing, strategic planning, entrepreneurship, or accounting
  • Working knowledge of AI tools
  • Specialty focus in one of the following disciplines: international trade, cybersecurity, social media marketing, and/or B2B marketing experience
  • Commercial lending experience a plus
  • Experience working with underserved entrepreneurs
  • Experience in a business development setting
