Mobile Response Social Worker

Seneca Family of Agencies is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobile Response Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our Mobile Response Team, you will provide proactive early intervention and crisis intervention services to youth and families in need.
Responsibilities- Provide crisis intervention and mental health services to youth and families in their homes, schools, and community locations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide counseling, therapy, and case management services to ensure the successful transition of clients and their families to community-based resources.
- Participate in all treatment reviews, program staff meetings, and IEP meetings as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and paperwork.
- Assist with planning for transportation arrangements for school, therapy appointments, and court hearings.
- Participate in weekly supervision with the program supervisor or designee.
- Provide crisis intervention for students, using de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts.
- Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, professional clinical counseling, or psychology.
- Eligible to register with the California BBS (AMFT, ASW, APCC).
- Own vehicle, California drivers license and auto insurance.
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $89,000 per year.
- Additional $4,000 salary increase for BBS licensure.
- Additional salary increase upon passing of a bilingual proficiency exam.
- $2,000 sign-on bonus for new employees.
- 5 weeks of Paid Time off and 11 Paid Holidays.
