Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Physician / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Physician Empire. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive management of pain, including nerve blocks, spinal injections, radio frequency ablation, trigger point injections, and kyphoplasty.
- Work in an out-patient only practice, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals, including 2 PMR specialists, 1 NP, 2 nurses, 2 clinic techs, and 1 procedure tech.
- Have access to brand new C-Arm Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, and RFA equipment in the clinic.
- Have your own nurse and enjoy a supportive work environment.
- Guarantee based on MGMA median (option to make more if RVU exceeds MGMA median).
- $25K sign-on bonus plus $10K moving expenses.
- 40 days of PTO annually.
- Up to $4,500 for CMEs and professional license fees, dues, and journals.
- Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, long and short-term disability, AD&D, and very reasonable health insurance.
- 403B matching up to 3% after one year.
- 457 plan Top Hat Plan max contribution of $18,000 per year.
