About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Designing and implementing thermal protection systems for industrial processes, including piping and equipment insulation, jacketing, and material selection.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality results.
• Conducting site visits to assess client needs and develop custom solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of new technologies and best practices in the field of thermal protection engineering.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
• Providing technical guidance and support to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders on thermal protection matters.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as mechanical, thermal, or chemical engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in thermal protection engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of thermal protection principles and practices, including material selection and application techniques.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid TWIC card and NCCER certification or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with SCADA, PLC, and Control Automation systems, an asset.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry developments.

What We Offer:
We offer competitive compensation packages, including an estimated annual salary of $75,000 - $100,000 depending on experience, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
