Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and engineer HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and institutional facilities
  • Produce construction documents and administer construction projects
  • Evaluate mechanical systems and prepare reports for clients
  • Coordinate with design and drafting staff to meet production deadlines and ensure quality assurance
  • Develop and manage projects, including coordination of staffing needs and client meetings
Requirements:
  • B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited college
  • Seven or more years' experience in mechanical design of commercial and institutional facilities
  • Licensed Professional Engineer
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for client contact
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple project assignments
  • Revit skills highly desirable
