We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus robust benefits and perks.

Job Description

As our Stringed Instrument Craftsman, you will perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, ensuring a positive customer experience.

You will:

  • Interact with customers, providing exceptional service
  • Service customer-owned instruments with precision and care
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
