About the Job

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in public accounting, with at least 3 years of experience in tax preparation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex tax returns, analyzing tax issues, and developing quality client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of complex tax returns, including individual, corporate, and partnership returns
  • Analysis of tax issues and development of conclusions
  • Preparation of quarterly and year-end estimates to assist clients with tax planning
  • Performance of diversified accounting, auditing, and tax assignments under the direction of a supervisor, manager, or partner
Requirements
  • Meet all requirements to sit for the CPA exam (those possessing CPA certification will be given preference)
  • Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience, demonstrating a progression in complexity of tax returns
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Able to prioritize a heavy workload and remain organized
  • Able to work well in a team environment
