What You Will Do:

  • Provide compassionate nursing care in post-acute facilities.
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental health, tracking vital signs.
  • Conduct resident intakes and document medical histories and health concerns.
  • Assist with medication administration and verification, monitoring effects and usage.
