Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the aesthetic maintenance of our public grounds and buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and work with Groundskeepers/Maintenance workers to ensure the maintenance of our facilities.
  • Plan work schedules and sequence of operations for crew members.
  • Review work while in progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Develop and maintain yearly budgets for maintenance projects.
  • Manage all aspects of project management, including grant/contract reporting, budget tracking, and purchase requisitions.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • Knowledge in all phases of groundskeeping and maintenance work.
  • Ability to work heavy equipment and operate desktop workstations, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively.
