High-Tech Plating Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Tech Plating Engineer to join our team at Galaxy Electronics Associates Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced plating processes for PCB fabrication.
Using your expertise in electroless and electrolytic plating techniques, you will develop and optimize plating recipes to achieve the highest possible quality standards. Your responsibilities will include analyzing plating chemistry, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with the manufacturing team to ensure seamless production workflows.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced engineer who can design and implement efficient plating processes. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop new products, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. A background in chemistry or a related field is highly desirable, but not essential.
