We are seeking a skilled Thoracic Physician to provide long-term coverage for our ProLocums clients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a reputable locum tenens organization, providing flexibility and stability in your career.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have experience performing General CVT procedures, including Coronary Bypass, Valvular repair, TAVR, CABG, and other complex surgeries. You will be required to work clinic hours and participate in nightly call with on-call duties on weekends, Friday through Monday.
Schedule
This position requires a commitment to long-term coverage, spanning approximately 90-120 days. The schedule will involve working at multiple locations, with specific dates varying by month. While we cannot guarantee an exact schedule, we can assure you that it will be filled with opportunities to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Location
You will be working in a dynamic environment, interacting with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Your ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities will be essential in this role.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation packages, which include a salary estimated to be around $**250,000 - $300,000 per year**, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
Requirements
- Board certification in Thoracic Surgery
- Current licensure in AL or IMLC
- Experience performing General CVT procedures
