As a Night Auditor at Excel Hotel Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk during evening hours. Your primary duties will include checking guests in and out, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Registering guests, issuing room keys, and providing information on hotel services
  • Processing all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures
  • Issuing, controlling, and releasing guest safe-deposit boxes
  • Communicating any outstanding guest requests or issues to management
  • Responding to guest complaints and making service recovery gestures

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software, including hotel management systems
