Job Overview:
The organization provides extensive mental health support for various age groups, including adults and adolescents. Specialized care is offered for a range of psychological conditions such as Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Psychotic Disorders, and Trauma-Related Disorders. The Psychotherapist is an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for delivering therapeutic services to individuals facing mental health challenges.

Position Summary:
This role encompasses both clinical and educational responsibilities, including conducting assessments, delivering psychotherapy, developing treatment strategies, and engaging with the community as required. Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling and hold an Independent license in Ohio. Experience in working with individuals dealing with mental health issues or substance use disorders is essential.

  • Delivering therapeutic counseling and psychotherapy

  • Advocating for clients within the community as needed
  • Managing relationships with third-party payers
  • Completing all required documentation
