Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Advanced Care Partner to join our Orthopedic team at UCHealth. As an Advanced Care Partner, you will provide direct patient care under the delegation and/or supervision of a nurse/healthcare provider, prioritizing wellness and patient perspectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including gathering vital signs, measuring blood glucose, performing sterile dressing changes, starting peripheral IVs, and measuring intake and output.
  • Assist patients with personal care, activities of daily living, and progressive mobility.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized care area.
Requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Enrolled in an accredited nursing program and in good standing.
  • Must have completed first clinical rotation (equivalent to Med/Surg I) and provide transcripts of successful completion.
