About the Role: As a Percussion Tutor at Ladgov Corporation, you will play a vital role in shaping the musical talents of our students. You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with the Music Director to ensure seamless communication regarding student progress and upcoming events.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality music education services to students of all ages and skill levels.
  • Conduct small group lessons, focusing on ensemble playing, intonation, balance, blend, and stylistic accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance, providing regular feedback and adjusting lesson plans as needed.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in music education, teaching high school or college-level percussion instruments.
  • Proven track record of success in developing students' ensemble playing skills, intonation, balance, blend, and stylistic accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
