Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at CHRISTUS South New Mexico Psychiatry Associates in Ruidoso, NM.
This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric care and a passion for working with patients in an outpatient setting.
The team composition is ideal for a collaborative and supportive work environment, with two psychiatrists and six PMHNPs. The work schedule is predictable, with a consistent patient distribution of 100% outpatient.
The expected patient volume is 15-19 patients per day, with a call rotation of 1:6. This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to grow professionally and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in their field. A strong background in psychiatric care and a passion for working with patients in an outpatient setting are essential.
