Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues using CMMS and other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- AA degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial operations, maintenance, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
