Role and Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Engagement with Sales & Account Teams: Collaborate closely with account teams focusing on major accounts to identify and shape large deal opportunities, fostering thought leadership with clients.
  • Large Deal Solutions & Strategy Development: Construct solutions for significant pursuits, develop value propositions, analyze client contexts, and identify key trends to inform strategic decisions.   • Client Engagement & Thought Leadership: Establish connections with clients to introduce innovative ideas, incubate potential deals, and propose unique transformation strategies.
  • Drive Strategic Technology Initiatives: Lead the development of large deal solutions and technology strategies across multiple technology domains, crafting innovative positioning based on client needs.
  • Analyst Engagement & Influence: Collaborate with industry analysts to enhance positioning and leverage insights for strategic pursuits.
  • Deal Advisor Collaboration: Engage with deal advisors to effectively position large deal solutions, influencing outcomes and conversions.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Technical Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of technology to engage with service line experts and validate optimal solutions for client challenges, including cloud, data, AI, and various operational models.
  2. Consultative Approach: Excellent communication and articulation skills, capable of bringing solution concepts to life. Must be client-facing and adept at driving discussions while offering creative and differentiated solutions.
  3. Collaborative Spirit: A team-oriented individual who works effectively with colleagues, management, and various organizational levels.

Compensation Package:

Base Salary: $180,000 to $250,000
