Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a midwife in a hospital environment.
- A commitment to evidence-based medicine with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
- Willingness to perform or learn office procedures such as IUD insertion and removal, endometrial biopsy, and first-trimester vaginal ultrasound.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Nursing with Midwifery Certification.
- At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Certification from an accredited Nurse Midwifery program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
